Worth the money

The old standby electric knife was showing its age, so it was time for a new one. One thing that has always bothered me about an electric knife was the power cord. It would drag through meat juices on a platter, drape across a hot burner, or I would have to move the cutting operation closer to an available outlet. I put off by the price of cordless models, but decided it was worth it - for the right unit. This one fills the bill. It quickly charges, has a nice weight and balance, and works well.

Using the cordless knife is SO handy!

This is really great - very good with a very large roast and bread and veggies. It cannot go through the bigger bones on a whole chicken (logically). It is a little heavier than I though it would. But it works SOOOOO well!

Great

I love it... no cord to worry about.. a little on the heavy side.. but it well worth it without the cord.. and of course it sliced great.. I used it on my turkey and my ham.. was wonderful

Nice and convenient storage box.

My daughter bought this for me for Christmas and I love it. Does a nice cutting job and is easy to clean up. No cord to get in the way like the previous electric knife that I had. Cuisinart always seems to be a good choice.
