Great Roaster Pan

This is a very nice roaster pan. Very sturdy and great quality! Very happy I went with the cuisinart brand. I recommend it!

worked out

this pan worked well for my 23 pound thanksgiving turkey. it cleaned up well as well afterward. the rack was convenient and I like that it came with the lifters, thermometer, and baster. the baster and thermometer were of decent quality, however the lifters weren't as heavy duty as I hoped for. was my first time using the lifters, but I guess I'm too weak to lift the bird! I just ended up using the rack to lift it and slid the bird off. the pan itself was on the thin side (especially for Cuisinart) but still worked out fine.
