Had held off buying another small appliance. We bought a sui vide a few years ago and thought we didn't need an electric pressure cooker. We were wrong! Opted for the Cuisinart brand because it's reputable. I love cooking dinner in this! It's easy to navigate, extremely fast and safe to use! This has been a great addition to my kitchen! I highly recommend to others who are looking.

Simple, easy to use, just what I was looking for. My previous "multi-cooker" had one of the main functions stop working after only a couple of years, so I opted for this Cuisinart Pressure Cooker. Easy to operate. Clear instructions. Large capacity, Little chance of steam burns if operating as instructed. Cannister lifts easily and is easy to clean. I am using it more frequently than I thought I might.

This pressure cooker is well built, very easy to use and has so far performed flawlessly. It is also very easy to clean. It has a non-stick pot and the lid/gasket assembly comes apart for cleaning.
