Make your own Mayo and skip the seed oils.

I have been learning how to make the foods we eat so as to avoid seed oils and dyes. I starting making my own Mayo and it is so easy and tastes way better then the store stuff. I use pasteurized eggs that I pasteurize myself and Olive Oil some Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. The stick blender works great and is so easy to clean.

Takes half the time to make meals

It's easy to hold and powerful

I have only used it a couple of times but it is so easy to use and not too heavy. I have the silver color and it is very attractive. I have only used it for green smoothies so far but in time I will use it to make mushroom soup (blending in a stock pot) and things like that. The blending jar/cup is very nice too.
