Decent but carafe is no good

Had this for a few weeks and it makes good coffee and functions fine. I particularly like that there’s a dedicated button to silence all beeping. Two problems though

Not too good. Won’t stay hot.

I had a Cuisinart for abt 20 years and loved it. It finally died and I got a new one at Macy’s. Sadly the “ auto on” won’t work and I have to keep putting my cup of coffee in the microwave to get it hot. Not convenient! 😡 I’ve had the new one for abt 3 weeks and it just won’t work right. Don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or what? Maybe you can help me.

Disappointed that spout on thermal pot makes it difficult to pour water into reservoir . I have to use a measuring cup. Also, pot is heavier than I anticipated,but, this is my 1st time not having a glass one.

Great product

It’s been a few years since I purchased this brand. Very pleased with the exception of the drip when you remove the carafe to pour, it drips onto the burner, not a show dropped but just an inconvenience. Would recommend.
