Great product!
I ( 68 yo female) replaced my prior Cuisinart coffee maker (about 15 years old) with this coffee maker. It’s very similar and works great. Very easy to use. I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone as it is reasonably priced. I have several Cuisinart products and they are well worth the purchase and have longevity.

I hate this machine
I wanted a 12 cup coffee make this is one of the few. But it is a disappointing purchase 1) the lid leaks because the rubber gasket is always falling of. 2) The clock doesn't hold it's time for more than a day 3) so you can't program auto start because it is based on the time of the machine. 4) we clean the machine correctly once a week and the clean light is always on. in the morning I often say "I hate this machine"

Older model was better.
Impossible to get all water from pot to reservoir. Spills and makes a mess. Screwing lid on pot can be a pain. Older model was perfect. New redesign not so good.

Hah to have this coffee maker
Many years ago we bought this same model coffee maker. So many years ago, we can’t remember when. Finally, we needed to replace it because of a water leak. Both my husband and I agreed that we wanted the same one since the first had served so well for so many years. Nothing like a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning!

Good value
I bought this to replace my Bonavita that suddenly died. It’s a good coffeemaker. I like a bold, strong cup of coffee and this does the job with help of the “bold” feature. I’m not sure if this is just slower or hotter brew feature. The carafe is has a huge lip which requires you to tip it really far to get the last bit of coffee out. The opening is too small to fit your hand so you have to use a bottle brush to clean it. The lid doesn’t appear to come apart so you can’t get into the nooks and crannies to clean. I’ve been putting the lid in the dishwasher. Coffee that has a slightly more coarse grind tastes better to me. It’s weird that there’s a warming plate…but it’s only warm for the few minutes it’s brewing. It looks nice too. Not perfect but good enough for the price.

Cuisianart Life Long Customer
This is our second Cuisinart Thermal coffee maker. The first one was over 15 years old when we decided to update. The new carafe is lighter and the lid is so easy to screw in. Programming is simple, the coffee tastes great and stays warm for hours.
