Good Coffee Maker

Although not as good as peeviously owned Cuisinart Thermal Carafe Coffee Makers, it does tthe job well.

Weak Coffee - Not sure why

Weak...not sure why the coffee continually is weak. BOLD button does little to make it change. Let go of an old Black & Decker for this new unit and not tasting the coffee like I thought I would. This is my 10th pot and still dissatisfied. Not sure how difficult it is to make a good tasting coffee. I like the temperature, however. Tomorrow I will purchase new coffee to try......and the beat goes on...

Junk

Worst coffee maker ever made. I have had more issues than I care to list. Most recent is an X in the bottom right of the control panel that there isn't any information about that I can find. The cord is too short. The hot plate wastes electricity rather than having good carafe. The carafe won't pour without dribbling and wasting coffee. The water level indicator is in a bad location as it cannot be seen from the front. Filling the water tank presents a challenge with conflict between the carafe and the lid. It is supposedly a 12 cup carafe but is barely a 10 cup coffee maker. No surprise that it was discontinued after I wasted my time, effort, and money to unfortunately own one of these horrible pieces of junk. One star is to good for it.

Doesn't last

Worked well while it lasted. Unfortunately, it only lasted18 months before the buttons stopped working. And, while within warranty and able to get replacement, our color (white) is not available. Disappointing when you are trying to match kitchen appliances. Looking to see if white will become available by factory...

Everything thing works great and easy to use. Only complaint is poring from the thermal pot is messy when you get to the last cups.

Nice features

An attractive unit with a thermal carafe that keeps the coffee warm without burning it. Drip can be set to BOLD, which I like I am anticipating a long life for this purchase. I have had other Cuisinart units that quit.

Thermos coffeemaker

There are a lot of things I like about this coffeemaker, there are two things I don't like: the coffee doesn't stay very warm after shut off, because it is a thermos I thought would be different even filling it with very hot water before I brewed it, and there isn't a regular or bold button.
