Defective
Used for less than 2 weeks and motor burned out- made weird electrical smoke smell. Would not recommend.

The lid is flimsy.
Had my old grinder for many years. Dropped the lid onto the counter and the black piece broke off. Bought the one your survey is about and a guest dropped that lid. It broke as well. Now I am off to purchase my second one in two weeks.

Love my coffee grinder. Perfect size for my kitchen. It's quiet and grinds my coffee beans perfectly evertime. I'm really happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy Cuisinart products.

Love this Brand
I bought this to replace the same model that had finally broken after years of use. This one is much quieter and it does the job. Hopefully I will get the same longevity from it.

Would not recommend
Very disappointed with this product. On the third use, it burned out completely, stopped working, and produced a terrible burnt smell. I’m very familiar with this type of appliance, so I know how to use it properly, the issue is definitely the product’s poor quality. Really bad item. Would not recommend.
