No quality control
I really thought this was a neat concept and might save some time. The reservoir was cracked at the top right out of the box. After the first and only use, the water leaked out all over the floor. The crack in the reservoir should not have caused that, so the water came from somewhere else. Returning to Kohl's

Perfect gender and delicious coffee!
I did a lot of research and read many reviews before buying this coffee maker. I wanted a coffee maker that ground the coffee and made coffee all in one. This coffee maker fulfills all my needs . The grinder is not loud and its grinds perfectly. It is a one cup maker but it's very quick. The coffee is robust, I use dark roast. I love it!

This is by far the most innovative coffee machine idea, always a fresh cup of granulated coffee beans for that morning cup of awakens. I'm so happy an satisfied with how the coffee now tastes in my 40 years of coffee experience this is the first coffee process I really enjoy !!

Easy to use, Easy to clean, Makes a great cup!
I love the simplicity that comes with using this coffee maker. it’s much easier to keep clean and use compared to other coffee makers that have internal mechanisms that grind the coffee within the machine, making cleaning almost impossible. The reusable pod is perfect, and i also use other coffee pods without issue! My coffee beans stay fresh and the water container holds enough ounces so i don’t need to worry about adding water after each cup.
