1st Class Froth but Really Bad Button and Interfac

Good : 1. The frothing is amazing - compared to a more expensive frothing pot and even hot steam wand machines. 2. Its compact compared to more expensive competitor 3. It has solid feel. Bad : 1. The interface and buttons are horrible, and sometimes I spend 5 minutes playing with it trying to get it work. There have been times when I had to give up and not get foam at all. The buttons and lights do not seem to follow rhyme or reason. 2. Its rather small, and easy for the foam for a single drink to overflow. Some times the frothing does not work and its just hot milk, which makes quite a mess.

Good but definitely Fickle

This froths well, but it pours out some of the liquid first before the froth actually comes out. Clean the machine right after you use it or the “milk” sets on the bottom making it difficult to clean. It is coated on the inside so do not use metal to scoop froth out or it will scratch.

Great for fancy Sunday morning, coffee

The frother is good, it is hard to see the fill line for foaming milk versus warm milk inside the container. It has overflowed a couple of times and overheated the milk. Otherwise we love it.
