    We had guests over for dinner and I needed to grate a large block of very hard parmesan cheese. I pulled out my new elemental 8 cup food processor and grated the cheese in short order! My guest was very impressed with how well and how fast it got the job done. So happy with my purchase!

    I love this food processor! It is lightweight so I am able to easily lift it to move it. It is also easy to use the attachment blades and they add more functions for the processor. I have other Cuisinart appliances and am glad I chose to buy this one.
