I purchased a multiclad pro set 10 years ago. It is still in excellent condition today. I wanted to add another pan to my set that would work for prepping large meals. I went with this casserole style since it fits in my dishwasher. This pan heats evenly and is easy to handle. I recommend this line of cookware to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional, affordable set.

A good pan for a reasonable price
Most of the time I cook just for myself, so I was looking for a relatively small "tri-ply" braiser at a reasonable price -- and this pan from Cuisinart fit the bill. It seems sturdy but not too heavy. I like that the included lid is flat rather than domed, which means the covered pan takes up less space and is easier to store. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean with a little Bar Keepers Friend, and if you heat the pan before adding cooking oil food won't stick. Finally, the straight sides are a good height -- not so low that food slops out when being stirred and not so high as to make reaching in with utensils awkward. All in all, a good pan.

The new go to!
You ever lose a piece of a puzzle, but don't realize it until the very last piece? This is how I feel about this pot!!! Where has it been? It's already my kitchen go to for cooking and baking. Super satisfied with the quality and size.

Versatile Casserole
Beautifully made to hold all your ingredients for a delicious meal. Perfect for meat or poultry dishes. I used it to make Nigerian Jollof and my dish was absolutely delicious! Easy to clean and store! Love this pan!!

Poor Quality, do not recommend
Poor quality. The pans are good for one or two uses but then start to pit and delaminate exposing the aluminum core. I tried to be so careful with these. I handwashed them, didn't put salt directly into the pan unless it was dissolved first, etc, but they just don't last.

Excellent sautee pan
This is everything you could ever want in a sautee pan. It cooks evenly, doesn’t need high heat, and lets your recipes shine. Even though it's not a non-stick pan, it cleans easily enough. I haven't had an issue with foods sticking, mainly because I know how to grease the pan with oil or butter -- and keep gently scraping the bottom as I cook. The only negative about this product is the cover, which is a very thin stainless steel. Cuisinart should have made a glass cover, but obviously didn’t. Oh, well. So, the pan gets a 9.5 out of 10 from me, while the cover gets a 6 out of 10. And I'm not the Russian judge.

Nice new pan
Nothing stuck to the pan and it cleaned up well. It's just the right size for a small family. It didn't scratch my glass stovetop.
