Lifetime go-to skillets

I have 8", 10", and 12" Multiclad Pro skillets. I wanted durable workhorses and that's exactly what these are. I don't beat on them, but I don't baby them either. Learn to cook with stainless and you'll never go back to coated cookware. Use low-medium heat only. Always pre-heat the pan. Wet your fingers and shake a few drops of water into the pan. When the drops dance and slide around you're at the right temp. Add your oil or butter and you're ready. Clean by hand in 30 seconds with 1-2 drops of dish soap and scrub cloth. Once every three months, give 'em a go with some Barkeepers Friend and and a damp sponge and they'll look brand new again. These skillets are cheap if you spread the cost out over 30-40 years, and they'll easily last that long with regular care.

small but mighty

I switched to stainless steel cookware years ago to coincide with cleaner/safer, healthier eating. Read instructions. There is a little learning curb. This size pan works well for me for daily use. Nothing sticks to pan.

Love these!

Nice pans! Decided to get away from toxic non-stick coatings and go heavy duty stainless steel. I couldn't be happier! These see made really well and are a good weight. Clean up is a breeze!

Favorite Pan

This is my favorite pan. Pan is nicely built. I cook everything in it. Fish, eggs, pancakes, Steaks and burgers. There are methods you have to use when cooking with stainless steel to get good results. Clean up is easy to I am very happy with this pan
