Still waiting 2 weeks later

Ordered on November 30 and still has yet to ship. After multiple contacts to customer service, basically I just need to shut up and keep waiting. They’re refusing to refund me so I will file a dispute.

Impossible To Clean

Fried chicken in olive oil. Used low heat as recommended however skillet was completely covered in burnt stains and incredibly difficult to clean. Not recommended.

To help reduce sticking or staining, we recommend preheating the skillet gradually and using a small amount of cooking oil or fat. For cleaning, soak the skillet in warm soapy water before gently scrubbing with a non-abrasive pad. Avoid using harsh metal scrubbers, which can damage the surface. Stay away from Cuisinart at Macys

Both pans were deamged in the package since half of the pans are hanging out of the packaging from the factory. ONLY buy pans that are fully contained in the packaging. Cuisinart will not ship you a replacement. You have to return these to MACYs and hope to find one that is acceptable.

I am sorry but i want to return these pans. Everything sticks to them, wven when i add lots of butter or cooking oil. Very disappointed

Awesome set!!!

I absolutely love this set! The sizes are perfect!! So easy to use and cleanup is a breeze!!! I have the 12 piece set and this finishes it off beautifully!! I would highly recommend Cuisinart Multiclad Pro cookware, it’s fantastic!!!
