I love this coffee maker. It's compact and looks great. I love the rinse and hot water options and the ability to brew my own coffee not just use pods. Coffee always tastes great!

Finally - after so many coffee brewers either dysfunctional or with built-in accessories I don't want or use, Cuisinart has one that works great and is easy to use. I love the water reservoir on the side (easy to get at) and the top that opens without hitting the cupboards overhead.

Replacement won't be Cuisinart
I used to recommend Cuisinart single-serve coffee makers - not anymore. I bought this model when one of the two SS-700 Cuisinart models bit the bullet and I learned they didn't make that model anymore. I've tried EVERYthing to get rid of the EEO error - no luck. I take very good care of my machines and had one at home and at the office and had, until recently, always recommended Cuisinart over Keurig to colleagues and friends. Even when I got the SS-10, it was evident it was made with less expensive material than the SS-700. It didn't last nearly as long as the better built SS-700 model. I've got to buy another k-cup machine now... may buy 2 and keep the still working SS-700 as a back up (it does have a larger footprint, but I've never minded that). Unfortunately, I need to do some research to find out the most recommended brand/model... and it won't be another Cuisinart.

UPS still does not have my order. Macy shipping info not reliable. Said it was shipped July 4. Four days and UPS still does not have it??????
Dreaded EEO failure! 😡
We started using this brewer on 6/16, and it died this morning. The dreaded EEO screen display. This is our 4th cuisinart that has done this!
