One knife broken out of the box and one broke while hand washing.

Excellent and superior quality and price.

One of the knives had rust spots already formed upon opening. The handles have a weird white film look and feel. The knives I have used are sharp and I'm chopping with ease. I also like that there is a sharpener included in the set. They will work for now, but I would have looked for higher quality.

The didn’t arrive sharpened. If I wanted dull knives I wouldnt have tried getting new ones. Wouldn’t recommend buying.

Came with a rusted knife and cuisinart wouldn’t replace it.

On balance, this is a very nice set. Good looking, great feel, very sharp out of the box. My only gripe are the steak knives. They don't have the same type of handle the other knives have. It feels light, plasticy and cheap. It does not instill confidence for longevity. If the steak knives are not your primary reason for purchase, I would highly recommend. I love the rest of the set, bigly. I've only been using them a short time, but I have confidence the main knives will last many, many years.
