Tarnished and low qualiy

I was really disappointed when this jewelry arrived. It looked tarnished right out of the box, as if it had already been worn. The gold color was dull and uneven, and the surface felt sticky to the touch. The piece doesn’t have the shine or finish. It looks cheap and not at all like the photos online. For the price, I expected a much better product and some level of quality control before shipping. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this purchase — the jewelry arrived looking old, sticky, and tarnished, and it’s not worth keeping.
