Beautiful Pearl Pendant but...

This pearl pendant is truly beautiful and eye-catching. I purchased this along with the matching earrings and these accessories bring elegance to any outfit. I agree with other reviews which point out the delicate nature of the chain. I tried it on and then immediately switched it out for a sturdier one in my jewelry collection. I do love the necklace and recommend with the caveat to be careful with the delicate chain.

Never received it nightmare customer service

Never received it having to deal with Macy's customer service over sees is a complete nightmare when tracking the order because I needed it by a certain time it made it to Portland Oregon 25min from my house expecting it to come the next day never happened it ended up in Virginia 3000 miles away then the next day Washington DC dealing with the Philippines customer service 30 minutes each day kept telling it was going to be there today JOKE already 5 days past do asking them to give me a phone number for a Macy's office in the state's was told can't do that never had this experience with Macy's very disappointed thing I'm done doing business with this company you can thank you out of country cheep customer service my wife and I have been doing a lot of business with Macy's the last few years definitely tells you how they want to deal with their customers they don't

it's all true

I brought this last year as gift. as the reviews say, the pearl is lovely, however the chain is truly weak. I'm going to replace the chain soon as it will undoubtedly break sooner rather than later. if your considering it, get it for the pearl only.
