Will Not Buy... Defective

I received the pair of pearl earrings with a very defective quality. These earrings have "line" marks in the middle of the pearls and look like some kind of plastic products... I am so disappointed for this kind of low quality item that it is from Macys! I WILL NOT buy pearls from Macys.

Picture is a bit misleading

They seemed Iike nice earrings-- the picture suggests that they are off white/ivory. They are infact white. Not what I was looking for but in fairness, they were not advertised as off white

The Worst!!!

Where to start. First let me say I bought 2 different pairs of earrings and both went back. This pair, I understand they are freshwater pearls and not perfect but they were two different sizes, two different shapes and two different colors. Then they came in a box that said sterling silver, instead of 14 karat gold when I returned them to the counter, even the sales person couldn’t believe they would send them out looking so different. It was ridiculous. I’ve lost total faith in Macy’s jewelry department, and will never order from them online again. The one good thing about this pair of earrings is that at least they came in a box, I bought a more expensive pair that they just put in a baggie and it was bouncing around in the shipping box loose.
