Disappointed

My partner bought me a strand of pearls for Christmas. Before I even wore them, they were exchanged due to a malfunctioning clasp. I bought these earrings instead. These are of such poor quality, I am shocked! The post bent because the metal is so soft & the percentage of actual gold is low despite it being sold in theMacy's "Fine Jewelry" Dept. The post completely broke off when attempting to put them on for only the 2nd time. A complete WASTE.
