Defective Zipper

The zipper opens to waist and the jumpsuit cannot be pulled up to wear.

Looked great online- zipper no good in person

Was very excited to try this Jumpsuit on only to find that the zipper was sewn over half way down and so the zipper wouldn’t open…. Very disappointed with the quality control on this item.

Disappointed at Macy’s

I’ve bought from Macy’s for decades!!! It appears they are not particular about their name brand and quality anymore. I purchased this thinking I was buying from Macy’s but when I received it I was not only shocked by the packaging but the quantity was not quite to par! I gave it a try bc sometimes things look differently on, but not so. I went to return and was told this was a 3rd party purchase and it would take up to 3wks for my refund. No where on Macy’s site did it say anything about this and that a refund would be from a 3rd party! I don’t purchase from 3rd parties especially from reputable stores for this reason. I hope I get my refund. Shoppers beware when purchasing from Macy’s. I hope they reconsider before sales go down and they have to close. I really like Macy’s!! Been shopping since the early 70s and even worked there when it was Robinson May.
