CUPSHE

Moshi I buy online through CUPSHE.com Love this jumpsuit as well it’s not on CUPSHE.com Macys does sell higher price point items. The line was created by Jojo Fletcher. While I LOVE Macys as well and was an employee I do find it hard to shop CUPSHE online through Macys. CUPSHE has beautiful clothing and swimwear!!!! Big fan because they are made so well! In my honest opinion though… Love both companies but for CUPSHE I do prefer ordering straight from them. I did get a swimsuit through Macys and one from CUPSHE. It’s hit or miss but hopefully you got a refund. I’m sorry for your inconvenience. I Hope this helps, shipping is quick as well, refunds too, Macys is fantastic next time see if CUPSHE works for you. Hate online shopping

I ordered these items online, so I did not know what the fabric or quality would be like. The delivery took 10 days, and although I received an email saying the items were delivered, I never actually received the clothes. I needed these items for an important event on a specific date. I ordered two jumpsuits, but neither of them arrived before the day of the event. When I contacted customer service through online chat, I was told that the only option was a refund. This experience was very disappointing, especially from a large and well-known store like Macy’s.

The finish is good, but the fabric quality is the same as Temu's. I was going to return it, but I have a meeting and I need the suit urgently. I regret not going to the Macy's store in person.
