BUYER BEWARE!

SHAME ON YOU! I purchased an expensive men's necklace that was advertised with a bonus offer, which I never received. I want to take advantage of the bonus offer, but there is no way for me to access it! I called your customer service department, but the representative had no idea how to assist me. It was easier for her to suggest that I repurchase the item! The original order is already in transit. I am going to JCPenney's website now to purchase a similar item, perhaps a better one. When I receive your item, I will return it as soon as possible. This is a "bait and switch" experience.

Decent Quality, Shiny, good weight
