Mediocre Dress Worse Customer Service

I bought this dress on line. I took the dress to Macy’s to return it and was told it was a 3rd party item. It was 4th of july! Of course they were closed when I called to try to get it returned on the 30th day. They should have a grace period. By the time they responded to my email they never even considered the grace period or return. Don’t waste your time with Dessy dresses or 3rd party purchases with Macys. Basura!

Cheap Dress, Disrespectful Service

Do not be fooled by the photo — this dress looks elegant online but is shockingly cheap in person. The fabric feels flimsy, the stitching is subpar, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing it even to a casual lunch, let alone a special event.. The worst part? I returned it and chose an Adrianna Papell dress instead (which was much better quality), but then the seller rejected my return, claiming I wore and washed the dress — absolutely false and incredibly insulting. Then they sent it back to me without a refund. As someone who spends thousands of dollars each year building my wardrobe with Macy’s, this experience was beyond disappointing. It’s not just about the poor quality — it’s the way this cheap seller treats the customers.

Very nice dress

The dress fit perfect. The material was a stretchy material with a slight satin look, however, looked very classy. Received a lot of complements as it was simple yet perfect. I am 5 8 and it was the perfect length with a small heel. Purchased the forest green but my son recommended I wear the blue. Both colors looked great.

Mermaid dress

Just flat out hideous dress. Ugly color. Nothing is the same as the picture. Was supposed to be an emerald green. It’s a muted olive green. Yuck! Stretchy fabric with a netting around the inside bottom I guess to weigh it down. Looking for a mother of the bride dress… don’t waste your time.
