Zero rating for this product

These were the cheapest place mats I have ever seen. The picture on-line was the best part of the purchase! In addition, the return procedure has been very frustrating. It has been almost a month and have yet to receive my money back. Macy’s is part of the problem because the return instructions were not correct and turned out to be a hassle for me and the Macy’s store employees!!
