I had to return. There were no instructions on how to use this.

Good gentle massage.

The massager works well for its price. Got it on sale. Would keep it for gentle relaxing massage. If you are looking for more heavy duty, better go with Smart Relief massage system. Electrode massager helps me a lot since I had bad car accident. Highly recommended if you have stiff neck, shoulder, and back
