Never buying a watch from Macy’s again!

The watch was a gift but wasn’t delivered in the original packaging. It was just wrapped around some foam. No paperwork or warranty was included. I spoke to a customer service person who didn’t help at all. Just offered an additional discount. I wasn’t willing to give the gift unless it came in its original box with paperwork and instructions. Never buying jewelry or watches from Macy’s again!
