save your money

The design of this neck massager is made to fit the Incredible Hulk. I bought this for my husband who suffers from chronic neck pain, thinking that he would be able to adjust where the massage balls go by having his hands in the loops and moving it around to where it’s needed. Not the case. The neck part is not that flexible and is MUCH WIDER than shown in the picture. It does not cradle his neck, so it will absolutely not cradle the woman’s in the photo! Also, if you apply too much pressure to it, it will shut off. This is junk. Also… it does not heat up.
