What I like about this mixer is that it’s a real space saver and much lighter than the average mixer. It’s easy to move around, store, and doesn’t take up too much counter space. I also love that the 3-quart stainless steel bowl rotates allowing every side and ingredient to be thoroughly mixed. The included dough hooks are great bonus, making it versatile for different recipes.

Could you be more obsessed with an appliance than
I've never had a stand mixer and this made mixing and baking so easy! My protein packed cinnamon coffee cake was perfectly mixed with the adjustable mixing bowl and the 3 quart size is perfect for my needs. I will be using this a lot!

Seems like a good mixer for smaller batches of bak
This product was gifted to me by Dash in exchange for my honest review. I have never tried this brand of appliances before. When it arrived, I did notice how it was smaller and mire light weight than a typical stand mixer. This could be a good thing it just depends on what you're looking for in a mixer. This does have suction cups on the bottom of the stand, so it sticks to your countertop despite being lightweight. The bowl is smaller than some, at 3 qt vs. a 5 qt bowl. It is easy to remove and can be moved and set in place from front to back with a lever on the side. It comes with two beaters and two dough hooks that seem average in quality. They lock in place pretty well and can be ejected with the button on the top of the mixer. There are 8 speeds to this mixer, and it tilts back for ease in removing the beaters/hooks and getting stuff off the sides of the bowls. I'm not the biggest fan of the retro design. The red and silver "retro" vibe just looks kind of cheap, in my honest opinion. As for functionality, it does state clearly in the manual to not use for longer than 10 mins at a time, because it could overheat the motor. I've never heard of a warning like that on a kitchen appliance. It seems important to know and makes me question the longevity of the product. I also wish it would have come with another bowl . Overall, it seems like a good mixer for someone who doesn't need to bake large portions at a time or for someone who isn't mixing stuff daily. I'd love to update in a year from now to see how well it holds up over time, with wear and tear.

does the job for an infrequent baker
This mixer is not a replacement for my workhorse Kitchen -Aid Mixer but would be an extra mixer for our second home. since this is not my primary home, I do not bake regularly here, but the amount of times I would bake, which would be maybe once a month or once every other month this mixer would be fine. To try it, I made brownies from scratch. I like the shifting lever of the bowl where you can have the bowl move positions. I was confused as to which beater was left in the right and it was trial and error to get them into the right spot. Otherwise, the mixer is simple to use, and it did an adequate job of mixing the wet and dry ingredients together. This was not a heavy batter so for that purpose there was no issues. This is a lightweight stand mixer. I like it better than a hand mixer as I don’t have to keep holding it.. The mixing bowl is not dishwasher safe which I do prefer things I can put into my dishwasher. However, this bowl is easy to handle and it washed up with no problems as long as this stand mixer is not mixing thick, heavy batters that should last and be able to meet my needs for the next few years.

Frees up my hands - compact and affordable
This Dash Everyday Stand Mixer is a basic and effective stand mixer, which I was given in return for my honest opinion. I'm so happy to have it in my kitchen! This mixer performs the BASIC everyday functions that a stand mixer is known for, but it's not a heavy duty mixer. It comes with standard beaters, dough hooks, and a metal mixing bowl. The rest of the stand mixer is plastic. I really like it because it frees up my hands to do other things, especially when adding ingredients to the mixing bowl and scraping the sides while it mixes. It handles basic tasks like whipping potatoes, preparing pancake batter, mixing regular cake and cookie batters and making icing. I make a fabulous banana bread that requires me to beat the eggs for 5 minutes - this mixer is perfect for that! I especially like the suction cups on the bottom, which keep the mixer stable while running. It's easy to clean and store. This Dash Everyday Stand Mixer is a help for me in the kitchen! Its compact size and affordability make it attainable for all.

Functional and Beautiful!
The mixer works really well and has exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful enough to handle everything from light batters to thicker doughs without any issues. Retro
I received this the other day, never got a notification that it was even sent. Came home from work and this was a nice surprise. I love the retro design and the color is perfect. It is a bit smaller than expected but it will work perfectly in my small apartment kitchen.

Lightweight and easy to use!
Extremely light weight. It comes with dough hooks and whisk attachments. It handles very well and is relatively quiet . Very easy to clean with a twist release bowl and a button on the top to eject attachments.
