Shipping disaster

I’m hoping this works bc Macy’s didn’t package and ship it correctly. It was delivered to my house in the box itself which was ripped And filthy dirty. This was supposed to be a gift. This has also happened to me several times with Macy’s just picking something off the shelf, putting a mailing label on the box and shipping it. Wrong - put it in a box with packing wrap first and then ship.
