My dedicated egg pan

A perfect size and weight pan for eggs. It arrives a little seasoned, but I gave it a wash, then heated it up on the stove and did another coat with avocado oil following De Buyers website instructions. I made two perfect omelettes that didn’t stick and slid right out. Very pleased.

excellent quality pan. thick gauge carbon steel and good weight. Easy to clean as pan has no rivets. It became totally non-stick after one hour seasoning in oven.

Very nice

I followed your directions on how to season the skillet and the easiest one so far. I have been using cast iron and a mineral b pro which I seasoned in the oven and seasoning this one on the stove top was just so much faster and easier. I have scrambled lots of eggs so for with no problems I like it better than the pro because it is much lighter. I wish you would make a blued version with the pro handle, I think that be a great combo. Jb

Substantial

Substantial cooking pan - takes some getting used to and it is amazingly non-stick. Pan splatter is controlled better with this pan than all of the other pans I have. Great for cooking steaks.
