ordered a month ago but not delivered
I love Macys but I dont like having to deal with outside vendors within the Macys site. Never delivered the slippers but they have my money for them! Filled out the proper follow up for help. Still nothing. Makes me unwilling to continue ordering because of having to deal with different vendors for all items. I shouldnt have to do all this follow up. Isnt it their responsibility and reputation?

Hi Amm, we are deeply sorry for this. We believe this happened due to the 21-day claim for a lost item. Indeed, we need to wait for the 21 days, but we can send the item to you before that date. Can you please give us a follow-up on the ticket, so we can find it better and help you get your slipper as soon as possible? We'll be waiting!
Off sizing
Incorrect sizing. The size of the slippers were different from what was in the package. The package said 9/10, however the slippers were 7/8. cute slippers, sad they didn’t fit.

The soles came apart within 2 weeks.

We'll need to take a look at the item and a few more information, but as this is not supposed to happen with any of our slippers, you should be able to get a warranty for it. We'll be waiting for you!
