Warm, comfy, easy to put on

Bought these for my elderly father who has wide feet and some mobility issues. He likes them a lot; he has no problems getting them on or off. He tells me they are warm and comfortable.

Literally disintegrated within a week

I bought deerfoam booties on December 19th and they basically disintegrated within 2 days. Wore them twice for possibly 2 hours total and they started to fall apart. Within another day the soles did not exist anymore. I emailed the company to tell them that there had to be a defect with the product and they told me they would replace them. Then they said the product was discontinued and offered me 20% off or the cheapest no back slippers that they sell, when they did not even have my size in stock. Avoid Deer Foams. The quality of the product has gone in the tank since Japanese equity firm Marubeni Growth Capital U.S. acquired their parent company in 2024. No longer a real company just an offshoot of a capital firm like Blackrock.

Comfy but soles are not beefy enough

I love the slippers but the soles are not thick/stiff enough to walk around outside on various surfaces.

Never received the item I ordered. Reached out to Macys and was told it’s basically out of their hands…..it’s a busy time of the year….it had a long way to travel ( Ohio to Maryland) ordered on the 18th and called customer service to ensure that I would receive by the 23rd and was told oh well…. It’s out of our hands. It’s up to dearform

Cute style and soft inside

I bought these for my husband and they were so cute in person! Great color and soft inside. He absolutely loved them! However, I ordered an 8, but the 8 was too small. I will return them and order a 9. So I would advice you get one size up if you're an 8.
