Not happy with purchase

Size was WAY TOO BIG .. I needed a 8-9 women’s NOT a 13-14 mens .. tried SEVERAL WAYS TO FIND OUT HOW TO RETURN/ exchange but it got VERY FRUSTRATING and I just gave up .. not very happy at all with the purchase !
