Stylish slippers

Very stylish, bought these as a Christmas gift to myself, can't wait to wear these on Christmas Eve and day, just the support I will need in the kitchen prepping snacks and Christmas dinner!!! Not to mention I can walk the dog too.

Comfy!

These are awesome! My new favorite shoe and I wear them everywhere, now. I guess they’re only supposed to be slippers but they’re so comfortable I don’t want to wear anything else.

New return policy regarding 3rd party purchases wi

The product itself was fine; however, the new policy when purchases 3rd party items (never knew you even had this) has never been discussed or explained to your customers. I returned 2 pairs of slippers to the store as I usually do to find out I had to package them and send back through UPS. I must have spent 30 minutes in the store with the help of your representatives at the cashier line to find out the details. There was another customer next to me in the same situation. Needless to say, neither of us was happy and unfortunately, this may curtail my purchases online from your store. I am sorry to hear that Macy's has gone this route. If this is what will keep you in business than it should be explained -most of us enjoy shopping in store so wouldn't want your stores to close.
