Never Again -

I ordered a pair of these booties for a Christmas Gift by phone, and when I received the shipping email, they had listed the wrong size - when I called Dearform to make the correction, it was simply, wait until you get them, then send them back to us, and when we get them, then you will receive a credit. So I asked if as soon as they did receive them instead of returning my money could they not please send the correct size for Christmas, and they refused.

Very comfortable

Love these booties, they are very comfortable. They do run small though. I wear a size 9.5, but I needed an XL, the large was too small.

Warm and Wonderful!

I purchased these "Beth Furry Foldover Boot Slippers recently because my apartment has electric heat and at night we turn off the heat in all rooms other than the bedroom. In the morning, the floors in the rest of the apartment are cold! These slippers keep my tootsies nice and cozy!!
