3RD PARTY VENDOR

Unable to remove plastic tag on the interior which would rub on bottom of foot. Very large slipper and not real comfortable. Returned directly to Macy's and found it was a 3rd Party Vendor to Macy and will take time for refund. I am suppose to receive a notification from the 3rd Party Vendor. To date I have not.
