Waited too long - great coffee, easy to use

We bought our maker about 3 weeks ago. It’s so easy to use and the coffee tastes fantastic. We aren’t probably as efficient as we could be and haven’t figured out the right custom profile drinks. But I think my wife went from buying 1-2 drinks a day at shops to 1-2 a week. I think the true measure of this purchase will be in longevity but so far we love it and the warranty is good so I have high hopes. It was on sale but even at original price I’d be a raving fan.

Don’t purchase

True to reviews it’s easy to use BUT I have had it 2 weeks and will try to return. Coffee is not hot and has not been since the first cup. I changed the temp to hottest and it’s cold with in two min of making. And it squeals and squeaks when it grinds like it’s an old machine. I would not recommend and would not purchase again. Gave it one stars because the buttons work

Fresh amazing coffee by pushing a button. No mess.

Have had this one for a few years and use it daily. I've followed recommended descalinga Nd use medium roast espresso beans as suggested and it makes amazing coffee every time. No issues. Pushing a button to have freshly ground espresso based coffee is the new standard and I could never settle for less after having this machine. I also appreciate how clean/no mess it keeps the whole process and looks nice in the counter.
