Disappointed
Worked well I For about a week, then ESE pods and pugs kept getting stuck and temp wasn’t hot anymore. Gave the machine away

Disappointed
Very difficult to turn the filter basket onto the machine Milk only steams, no frosting. Coffee insert too tight, I need a small screwdriver to get it out. Turns off automatic for one or two cups is great.

Since the gasket in the portafilter assembly is new, we suggest rinsing hot water from the machine before brewing—this will soften the gasket and make assembly easier. Also, ensure the coffee dose in the filter basket is at least 3 mm full, which will improve the fit. For milk frothing, please use cold milk with at least 2% fat from the fridge. If using plant-based milks such as almond, froth may be minimal. If the issue occurred after multiple uses, cleaning may help—disassemble the carafe parts, soak them in hot water with mild soap for 20 minutes, then rinse and reassemble before trying again. There is no lock on the portafilter. Sometimes it fly out during brewing.

it's my first espresso machine, chose it because of compact and slick design, all seems great to far, plastic tool/spoon is ok, but as many reviews stated better have a proper metallic one

Hi, It has been good until now that is not working. We purchased this in Dec 2023 and barely used it, maybe 3 times a month and now it is broken and doesn't work. Don't waste your money.

Not Made to Last
Worked alright for less than a year. Now it constantly drips water when the machine is on, but when I try to get espresso it won’t work. The product is poorly made and not meant to last. I do not recommend it.

Not working popertly
Brewed very slowly the first day I used it, and then not at all. I've tried to call the service line of Delonghi and stay on the phone for nearly an hour until I had to hang up. Tried the chat feature but they are unable to help, requested a call back, I was very excited to get this machine this Christmas and I am very disappointed that I've been unable to used it. Hopefully I find a resolution and will then update my feedback.
