I ordered the Plus and was excited about receiving the item to receive a beat up box that looked like it had been ran over. I'm not referring to the outside box this is the Nespresso box. I called for a return figuring Macys could and would correct this however, the second item was worse. It was obvious that they are sending old items out of the warehouse that have been returned and used. I took pictures of the box and also the sample cups from Nespresso which had an expiration of 2016. Thank you Macys for outstanding horrible customer service. I will not be ordering from you again. If this is how I receive boxed items I can only imagine what goes on with clothing and other items.
Disappointed
I purchased this online on Black Friday as a Christmas gift for my husband. I was so excited to give this to him, but I decided to inspect it before I wrapped and I’m so glad I did. The box was dinged up a bit and noticed a piece of tape at the bottom with old wrapping paper attached. When I opened it, it was missing some pods and their was old dried up milk in the one container. I’m getting a refund since this is no longer in stock, but I’m disappointed in Macy’s that they would even ship a used item to customers. Now I have to find something else to get my husband.
Great after some experimentation
The drinks come out at just the right temperature, not too hot or too cold. I had to experiment a little to make sure I got the right amount of coffee drink. Word of caution: if you add syrup to your drink, be sure to stir your drink once it's made. Otherwise, all the syrup will remain at the bottom of your cup.

I love this machine! It has so many options. Bloomingdales’ price was even better than Nespresso’s!!!

EN550 is NOT a Lattissima PRO
Model EN550 is NOT the Lattissima Pro. This is most likely a Lattissima TOUCH. The Lattissima PRO is definitely different in terms of specs and features. Web ID: 2846997 is labeled INCORRECTLY as Nespresso DeLonghi Lattissima Pro Espresso and Cappuccino Machine with Capsule System - and it is NOT.
The BEST!
After purchasing two other machines for wedding shower gifts, and loved the coffee while visiting newlyweds, I decided to buy one for myself. This machine had just been added to the Nespresso Family, and once it arrived, it looked at home on my counter. It’s a work of art, and the various settings make incredible coffees or lattes. Guests rave about the coffee, and delight in the patterns I make with the frothed milk. If you’re going to buy a machine, this one is it. Perfection!
