Loud buzzing noise
Makes buzzing loud noise. Waste of money. Do not buy.

Door is unsafe
As others have mentioned, the door to this oven is very poorly designed and the handle doesn't allow the door to fully open. Since it doesn't open all the way, the spring pulls up the door if you don't hold it down. This results in getting your hand/arm burned if you are not careful. Also found the fan to be very loud, and it runs for 10 minutes after it turns off. So 3 minutes cooking toast results in an extra 10 minutes of a high pitched fan running. Convection fan is even louder. I do like the insulated door and seems to keep heat well, so cooking is even. This product would be great if you don't mind noise and plan to put this on a shallow countertop.

Broke in less than a year
I bought the oven less than a year ago. It worked well while it worked. Now, it broke. The manual says, " Contact customer service". WHERE?

Beautiful oven with so many features
Very nice looking oven but the inside or the door to it has plastic and it smelled like very strong chemical. When in use the whole house smelled bad so I had to return.

Don’t purchase
This oven works but beware of getting burnt door doesn’t stay open handle gets in the way. I am surprised they got Csa approved it is dangerous.

Love and annoyed
I love DeLonghi products! I've had and still have a toaster oven I bought in 1995—it still works! I love my coffee maker. I sort of love my new toaster oven. We bought a second one for a second home and gosh darn it if the handle on the door is too long for the door to stay open on the counter. How are we fix this? While the knob functioning is also quirky (as others have commented), I love how the oven cooks things. Would love to recommend it, but can't do so with full conviction because of the door handle.

Love this oven!
Got this oven to replace a previous DeLonghi oven. I loved my old one and love this one too. I had read reviews that said the door didn’t stay down when opening, but my door stays down to put food in or take it out. My only criticism if I am being very picky is the handle is shiny and shows hand prints easily. No problem to wipe them off though. Great purchase and I highly recommend this oven!

Like it but some drawbacks
Love the interior light, the timed cooking. The handle requires you to pull the oven forward as it doesn’t lie flat to stop it closing when removing items from the oven.
