Wish these were better.

I bought the 24” and 28” Delsey Chatelet spinners a few years ago (2019). One of the first trips I brought these on, one of the bottom corners on the 28” became “dented in”. I actually had to pull out the dent/wheel, so the luggage wouldn’t fall over. A year or so after that, the 24” spinner doesn’t spin easily and the drags. With COVID going on for the last two years, these haven’t gotten too much use and yet they have still performed poorly. One of my friends asked what I thought of the Delsey Chatelet luggage, b/c it is such a great look. Unfortunately, I did NOT recommend (especially for the price point).

the luggage came wthout the key, i dont know if its suppose to come with it or not, but if its should come with it, im trying to contact you but theres no way to each you, i need help

Cracked

Do not buy!!!!!!!! It will crack in first couple uses! Do not waste your money!

Love this luggage

It is not only perfect it is beautiful. My only regret is not buying the backpack, doesn't look like they have it in Champaign any longer. I have the complete set hard side and soft side and love it. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to travel in style.

Classy

I had ordered the carryon last year for a trip and was very impressed with the quality so when I received notification that this style was on sale I had to get the larger one. This set is so nice I look forward to traveling. It survived even the handling of the airlines.
