4 Trips and corner caved in!

Picking up my back on my trip yesterday I immediately noticed my suitcase was tilting. A corner of the suitcase where the wheel is has caved in! I’m behind disappointed. This item shows returned for me which I never did but now wish I had.

Plum choice for checked bag travels.

I LOVE the plum color! The bag arrived with a *tiny* scratch on the front corner, but barely noticeable, and likely the airlines will do worse to it since it is checked bag size. The zippers are smooth- love the double zips for security. The interior is cavernous- but I love the zippered cover on one side and compression straps on the other to help keep things in place. Beautiful rose gold hardware against the plum hardside!

Great Design but handle broke

I loved the slim trunk design, smooth wheels, and color. It handled cobblestones and uneven streets really well during a two-week Europe trip. Unfortunately, the handle broke by the end of the trip. Thankfully, I was able to exchange it (within the exchange window), and my other one in blue has had no issues. Stylish and functional, but questionable durability.

Just one net pocket forgotten.

I do love the color and the square luggage is really cool for storing on a top shelves in a closet. You can stack 2 which is a plus AND your bag rides so much better on top of it than the thinner ones because it’s wider. Some nice changes. The 4 star is that it has no net for holding something like your AirTag which can be pulled out of the suit case with a piece of clothing and left behind and lost. Very disappointed on that decision. Everything else I love about it and the spinner is wonderful.
