Second to none. Best on the market.
I've been a good cook for a number of years. I pride myself on being able to make just about anything. Normally I succeed (OK, maybe I've failed a few times!). But in rebooting my life I committed to going from a good cook to a great cook. I simply couldn't get there with the much-advertised Calphalon products that I had -- I needed pro-level cookware to take me to the next level. I researched all the brands, all the usual suspects, and all the multiple layer options available. I'm a Marketing professional so I wasn't going to allow marketing (or lack thereof) to sway. I wanted quality in construction, components, design and in features / benefits. I absolutely could not be happier with this set. It may not get the Marketing push of All Clad, but it is every bit as good -- no, better than All Clad. The craftsmanship, detail, and design thinking is akin to automobiles or high-end appliances from this region of the world. Impeccable. Beautiful. And, man, do they perform. This cookware is simply amazing. Definitely pro level. No rivets is such a plus. Unrivaled workmanship. Durable as heck. And the best news? This cookware has given me the tools to become the cook that I always knew that I could be. BTW: I helped buy a set for my nephew, an aspiring cook who needed to get started off on the right foot. Sure wish I had these tools when I was his age.
