Top of the line construction!

Love the Atlantis cookware line. Made in Belgium, with handles that are welded instead of riveted on. Seven layers with a silver and cooper core, helps with quick even heating. The steel is treated with Silvinox which helps keep the pans looking brand new and resists fingerprints. The handle has a V at the base, which keeps the handle from getting hot on top of the stove. Also oven safe, and induction compatible. The flat stable bottom prevents oils from pooling and will not warp. Great features and good solid pans.

great start to my upgrade

I am upgrading my kitchen little by little. This set was an obvious starting point. The frying pan is amazing. It heats so evenly and the handle stays cool to touch on the stovetop. The pot is great and heats water so fast. The Silvinox process makes them so easy to clean and they stay nice and shiny. I love that there are not any rivets in the handles. No more buildup of food and stuff. I cant wait to purchase more pieces in the future.

This is a perfect combo, it will cover 90% of cooking jobs! The pans are are made with a 7-Ply construction (layers), including a copper layer. They have excellent heat conduction and retention. Look inside the pan, what is it missing? Rivets, there are no rivets inside this pan so clean up is a dream. The pans also has a pouring edges for no-mess cooking. They can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction, oven and are broiler safe up to 500F. Dishwasher safe too.

Great value for a Demeyere set and one that I use endlessly. The construction of Demeyere is like no other pots and pans. From the 7-ply construction to the copper disk in the straight sided pans, this set is the last I plan on buying!

Best started set

I couldn't afford to buy a complete set of these pans because it was too expensive all at one time, so I decided to get this set to start me off with and I will add more pieces as I have the money. I love using this pot and pan because it heats really evenly and stays at temperature for a long time. When I was looking for cookware, I wanted something that was an investment and these are truly the line to go with!
