I love that this denim is thin. The wash is true carpenter wash, and tearing is perfectly urban. As many other reviewers noted, the crotch area of this jean pulls tighter than other areas of the jean which indicates the cut is a straight cut and not designed for curvy women. The length is a cropped style but still trendy. The 30" waist i ordered was exact with barely any stretch for accommodations. I will keep this because it is very urban and chic. Motivation for me to lose weight to fit this...not returning because you wont find this anywhere..!

these r super duper flattering. one knee has ripped slight more than i would like. but i STILL love these. great weight - the color is what really stands out w/ these jeans... totally worth the sale price ;-)
Not as expected
The material has no give whatsoever, the backside is not flattering at all. Not relaxed very stiff and will be returned.

Finally found my favorite boyfriend jeans!!! They fit just like the model. For reference I am 5'3 119lbs the size 27 works perfect. The are loose in all the right places. Love the distressing & the color They are a tad long in length but nothing an extra cuff can't fix : )
Sexy cut boyfriend fit
I wear a 4 off the rack, so I got my first pair of these in 27. Perfect fit! I'm sure if Ralph himself saw me in these, he'd say they fit perfectly. I would call them a "slim cut boyfriend" compared to the "baggy boyfriend fit" of 10 yrs ago. I have a flat hiney, & they are cut great for me. They look SEXY, for a boyfriend jean. I have a petite athletic body, 5'3"/123 lbs- my only complaint with the 27s is that the calf fits me a bit snug, but I have large calves (not large enough for extra wide boots, tho'). Due to my leg length, the hole in the left knee is just at/below the knee (not above, like in the pics), so I sewed a patch there to protect it from ripping further- that looks cute too. I only turn up the cuff once- I like a long "cropped" leg length, just showing my ankles. The 27s look EXACTLY like the pic, as far as the color goes. ** I also ordered a 28 & they fit baggy right outta the bag- much more of a "comfortable hanging around the house" feel. (I also sewed a patch in the left knee of that pair.) After some wearing, they got so baggy, I went ahead & washed & dried them on warm, & they shrunk up just perfectly in btw the 27 & 28. And they did shrink up 1" in the length, but no problem for petite me. I LOVE the 28s & the wash on them is somewhat lighter, so I also like that they are different from the other pair. So for me, I have a perfect combo- a slightly more fitted pair for going out, & a super comfortable pair for lounging. The denim is medium thickness, but really soft. My only real complaint is the hole in the left knee. I love the rest of the distressing, but wish they had not done a full knee hole. All in all, very satisfied, as it is hard to find "that perfect pair." Both of these are great!

Run Small in Thigh
These run small in the thigh. Doesn't look at all like it does on the model, of course. I'm a size 10. Bought the 31 and the 32 and neither fit right. 100% cotton so not forgiving.
