Good quality

These placemats look like they are good quality, and have a strong weave. The metallic colors are going to stand out for our special occasion. Meals. Kids and adults both like them.

Cheap mats that ruined our dinner table

They were thin and flimsy but looked nice so we kept them for the price but then they started disintegrating and stickers and material melted off on our wooden dining table and won't come off.

Gorgeous Placemats

only got one from a set of six

They sent me one from the set of six. Called the customer service. They said they will send me a new set. Got an email saying because it says delivered they will not send me another set nor they will give me a refund. Worst experience ever. Not going to shop Macy’s online again. Very unprofessional and poor service.
