False Advertisement

This ring is much smaller than it looks on the internet. I received the ring, and it is so small you can barely see the diamonds. Then I went to return the ring at my local Macy's, and they could not return it in the store. The jewelry manager called Macy's customer service to supposedly return my ring, took the ring, and I am still waiting on my money back. I called customer service to check on my return, and the sales representative accused me of keeping the ring and refused to credit my account. I am still waiting for my return almost 2 weeks later. This is terrible service all around.

Don't buy them ring

The large diamond is very cloudy I keep the tags on the ring and returned it to the store.

Disappointed

Ordered it on the web site. Upon going in to pick it up, we were very disappointed. The stone was very cloudy. Poor clarity. We immediately got a refund.

The diamond ring looks great but I am very disappointed. After my husband bought it, we noticed that the diamond has a block carbon spot in the middle of the stone. We contacted customer service to exchange it however they did not want to help us. That is totally horrible!!!!

Cloudy center stone

I was soooooo excited to get this set. Couldn’t wait to pick it up. Once I had it in hand, disappointment set in quick!!! The diamonds in the band, and the side diamonds on the engagement ring were impeccable.. However the center stone was very milky/cloudy. Although I was able to return the set, I was shocked to see the sales clerk put it back on display. Y’all not gonna look into the cloudy stone???
