The bracelet is very pretty however after being worn less than 5 times , the rose gold is tarnished . The bracelet now looks ugly with patches of rose gold and silver. Unfortunately Macy's will not accept a return and refund because the return window has expired. I'm disappointed at both the quality of a Macy's item and the lack of service for a defective item.

very disappointed

I put this away for about 9-12 months. Took it out and it was tarnished. I have tried ever to clean it up starting with just a soft jewelry cloth. I knew it was silver plated but honestly, for the money it’s sold for and through a store with a good name like Macys, I honestly expected better!
