Worst costumer service

I never get the item!!! UPS said PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED I KEPT SENDING MESSAGES TO MACYS BUT THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE PAYMENT NOR RESHIPPED THE ITEM! I KEPT SENDING CHAT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE ISIE NEVER GOT RESOLVED. IT FEELS LIKE I WAS ROBBED!
