Backing no good

Earrings were pretty, but I lost one because the backings are terrible. Now I have only one earring.

Worst costumer service

I never get the item!!! UPS said PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED I KEPT SENDING MESSAGES TO MACYS BUT THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE PAYMENT NOR RESHIPPED THE ITEM! I KEPT SENDING CHAT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE ISIE NEVER GOT RESOLVED. IT FEELS LIKE I WAS ROBBED!

Don’t Buy Trust the reviews

The worst purchase I ever made from Macy’s, I read the reviews and still took a chance on buying them. Lost one earring within hours of wearing them the back of the earrings is not secure at all. Hopefully I find the earring in my home somewhere so I can return a total waste of money. Surprised Macy’s would continue selling a poor product.

The earrings 🤔

The earrings are nice! The back was just hard to clip on. All in all, I like them.
